The 47 Fund was established in 2012 as a Scholarship Fund for the St. Louis Rockets, in honor of Art Martin. Art was Ethan's youth hockey coach, and inspired a love of the sport at an early age that he carried with him through his life. Ethan's family has established a scholarship fund in his name through The 47 Fund to be able to bring this love of sport and community to the youth community.
